We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Pirangut. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in sales and be ready to contribute to our growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Identifying New Clients**: Research and find potential clients who may benefit from our products or services, helping to expand our customer base.
- **Building Relationships**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, and providing excellent service.
- **Presenting Products**: Demonstrate and promote our offerings to clients, clearly explaining features and benefits to encourage sales.
- **Preparing Proposals**: Create detailed proposals and quotes for clients, ensuring they understand the value we provide and how it meets their needs.
- **Achieving Sales Targets**: Work towards and meet monthly and quarterly sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the team and company.
- **Reporting Sales Activities**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system, helping to analyze performance and areas for improvement.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. A proven track record in sales is essential, with the ability to meet or exceed targets. Candidates should be self-motivated, have good organizational skills, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of sales techniques and tools is an advantage, along with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
