Hiring Sales Executive For Pirangut Pune

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Pirangut. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in sales and be ready to contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identifying New Clients: Research and find potential clients who may benefit from our products or services, helping to expand our customer base.

- Building Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, and providing excellent service.

- Presenting Products: Demonstrate and promote our offerings to clients, clearly explaining features and benefits to encourage sales.

- Preparing Proposals: Create detailed proposals and quotes for clients, ensuring they understand the value we provide and how it meets their needs.

- Achieving Sales Targets: Work towards and meet monthly and quarterly sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the team and company.

- Reporting Sales Activities: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system, helping to analyze performance and areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. A proven track record in sales is essential, with the ability to meet or exceed targets. Candidates should be self-motivated, have good organizational skills, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
