Key Responsibilities:Marketplace ManagementManage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Myntra, and other online marketplaces to maximize visibility and conversions.Ensure SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing strategies.Monitor competition and adjust pricing, promotions, and strategy accordingly.Handle account health, compliance, and seller performance metrics across platforms.Order & Inventory ManagementOversee order fulfillment, stock replenishment, and inventory tracking to prevent stockouts or overstocking.Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.Implement automated order processing systems for efficiency.Scaling & Growth StrategyDrive sales growth through ad campaigns, promotions, and offers on Amazon, Myntra, and other platforms.Leverage Amazon PPC, Myntra Ads, and performance marketing to scale revenues.Identify and launch on new marketplaces to expand the brands reach.Analytics & ReportingTrack and analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and ad performance to optimize listings and marketing efforts.Generate regular performance reports with insights and action plans.Optimize for conversion rate, average order value, and customer retention.Who You Are: 3-5+ years of experience in managing marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra, and Flipkart. Proven experience scaling revenues and handling high-volume sales. Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Myntra Partner Portal, and other marketplace dashboards. Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC, Sponsored Ads, and marketplace promotions. Ability to work with logistics, warehousing, and order management systems. Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with marketplace account managers.

Key Responsibilities : Costing -:- Arranging technical clarification from customer for tendering queries. Coordination with Tendering Team for timely & techno-commercially correct offer submission. Offer optimization before negotiation Approach & Negotiation -:- Accompany STL for techno-commercial negotiations wherever possible. Coordinate with Customer for his techno-commercial compliance wherever required or advised by STL. Sales Order Files -:- Filling & compiling Design input, Negotiation Sheet, Tender Document, FOS with final costing and all ISO related documents. Coordination with OMG for SO creation. Advance Payment -:- Coordinate for reciept of advance from cutomer as per PO terms. Drawing Approval -:- Coordination with Design for on time drawing submission incorporating all negotiated design inputs. Ensuring timely drawing approval. Ensuring timely release of drawing for planning, procurement & manufacturing. Customer Inspection -:- Coordinate with OMG & manufacturing for customer inspection. Attend all consultant & custome in absence of STL during inspection. Bank Guarantee -:- Get Bank Guarantee format from the customer. Get above format approved from finance department. Coordinate with finance for timely submission of BG. Retrieval of expired BGs from the customer as per input from finance and handing over to finance. Commercial -:- Ensure collection of all commercial documents & compliance as per inputs from the finance. Ensure submission of all documents to client, needed for release of payments as per PO terms. Tracking & follow up for the payment. Erection,Testing & Commissioning -:- Coordinate with client for expected shedule of ETC. Ensure our customer care meets the client requirement Coordinate with Customer Care for commissioning & final handing over report along with feedback for our and client records. SAP Updation -:- Updation of all ECL & sales data in SAP for monthly reports.

BASIC ACCOUNTING KNOWLEDGE LIKE SALE & PURCHASE ENTRY WITH ORDERS , BANK RECONCILIATION , JOURNAL ENTRIES AND ALSO BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF MICROSOFT OFFICE.

Implement, configure, and maintain core Oracle EBS SCM modules such as Purchasing (PO), Inventory Management, Order Management (OM) and potentially others like Advanced Warehouse Management (WMS) or Transportation Management (TM) (depending on the company's needs). Develop and maintain configurations for functionalities like requisitions, purchase orders, inventory control, shipments, returns and billing. Manage and troubleshoot data discrepancies within the SCM modules. Participate in Oracle EBS upgrades and implementations.

Core- Production Planning/ Order Management: Lead the process of Order Management by tracking with field sales team and other online portals. Closing the customer order as per timeline and Provide Production Plan to the Technical Team after stock position reconciliation.- Debtors & Collection Management: Lead in Tracking invoices, monitoring payment deadlines, reminding customers of outstanding payments and taking collection measures when necessary.- Stock Management: Ensuring proper Stock Management by analysis Market trends, past data, competitor analysis, Project Stages and customer requirement- Pricing: Leading Creation of Quotation and Proforma Invoice as per SOP-Dispatch Planning: Lead end-to-end dispatches by arranging the most economic and fastest mode of transport and conducts regular tracking Interfaces with customers for dispatch- External Processing Agent (EPA) Management: Lead the Process of External Processing Agent as per contract of Manufacturing or Subcontracting Managerial-Strategic Planning: Assisting Business Head in developing and implementing strategies according to Annual Business Plan and support Business Team in achieving the ABP targets-Reporting and Analysis: Preparing reports, presentations, and analysis for Process Optimization Function.
