Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Patna. This full-time role is ideal for individuals with 1 to 7 years of experience in sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Prospecting New Clients:** Identify and reach out to potential customers to create new business opportunities.

- **Product Presentation:** Clearly explain and demonstrate our products to clients, highlighting their features and benefits to drive sales.

- **Customer Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

- **Sales Targets Achievement:** Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by efficiently managing leads and closing deals.

- **Market Research:** Stay informed about market trends and competitors to strategically position our products and adjust sales approaches.

- **Reporting:** Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and provide regular reports to management on progress and outcomes.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. A good understanding of sales techniques and a background in customer service will be advantageous. The ideal candidate is motivated, results-oriented, and can work independently as well as part of a team. A graduate degree is required, and male candidates are preferred for this position.
