Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination/back office (Freshers can apply)

Roles & Responsibilities:-
1. Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and invoices to clients
Process sales orders and ensure timely execution.
2. Coordinate with the sales team and customers for order updates
Maintain and update customer database and sales records.
3. Support the field sales team with required documents and information.
4. Ensure proper documentation and filing of all sales-related data.
Skills:-
1. Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
2. Strong coordination and communication skills
3. Attention to detail and accuracy
4. Basic understanding of sales processes
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Qualifications:-
Graduate (, BBA, or any relevant field)

1. Experience in CRM/ERP software.
2. Customer handling experience.
