Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Management: Receive, verify, and process purchase orders (POs) from clients or field sales executives; generate internal proforma invoices and sales orders.
Customer Support & Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding stock availability, order status, price quotations, and delivery timelines.
Cross-Departmental Liaison: Coordinate closely with the Production, Logistics, and Dispatch teams to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped on schedule.
Sales Documentation: Maintain and update customer databases, price lists, sales records, and files; manage the generation of commercial invoices and dispatch documents.
Sales Team Support: Provide administrative support to the on-field sales team by preparing presentations, tracking targets, and communicating client updates.
Payment & Receivable Tracking: Monitor payment terms, coordinate with the accounts department to track outstanding dues, and follow up politely with clients for timely payment releases.
