Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Target Achievement Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales goals.
2. Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify new leads via cold calls, networking, referrals, etc.
3. Customer Relationship Management Build strong client relationships & ensure retention.
4. Product/Service Knowledge Maintain in-depth knowledge & deliver effective presentations.
5. Negotiation & Closing Sales Lead negotiations, finalize deals & ensure documentation.
6. Reporting & Documentation Maintain sales reports, CRM updates & forecasts.
7. Collaboration Work with sales, marketing & product teams; provide feedback.
8. Customer Support Provide post-sale support & resolve issues.
9. Market Analysis Monitor competitor strategies & market trends.
