about the role

we are looking for dynamic and results-driven sales and marketing field officers to join our team. the ideal candidates will be responsible for generating quality leads of schools and educational institutions for admission-related services. this is a field-based role ideal for professionals with strong communication, networking, and convincing skills.

key responsibilities

identify and connect with schools and educational institutions to promote our admission services.

generate and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

visit schools regularly, present our offerings, and build long-term relationships.

achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

provide regular reports and market feedback to the team.

key skills required

excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

strong persuasion and negotiation** abilities.

goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.

good knowledge of local geography (berhampore, murshidabad and surrounding areas).

self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in the field.

eligibility criteria

minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or fieldwork preferred (freshers with confidence and right skills may apply).

own two-wheeler and smartphone is an added advantage.
