Lead and supervise the CRM team to promptly resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests.
Act as the escalation point for critical customer concerns and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty by improving communication and service quality.
Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Legal, Finance, Engineering, etc.) to ensure seamless customer experience.
Generate regular performance and customer feedback reports and update senior management on key issues and action points.
Drive initiatives to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Conduct training sessions for CRM team members to improve communication and problem-solving skills.
