Face-to-Face For Loan Officer Jobs (Freshers)

Promote and sell loan products such as:

Home Loans

Personal Loans

Business Loans

Loan Against Property (LAP)

Vehicle Loans (depending on the department)

Meet potential customers and explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment options.

Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, income proof, address proof, etc.).

Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for loan processing and approval.

Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.

Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.

Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Eligibility

Qualification: Graduate (any discipline)

Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates (depending on the hiring requirement)

Good communication and sales skills

Basic computer knowledge

For field sales roles, a bike and valid driving licence are often required (especially for male candidates in some recruitment drives).
