Axis Bank - Loan Officer / Loan Sales Officer

Department: Retail Assets / Loan Sales

Products: Personal Loan / Business Loan / LAP / other retail loan products

Qualification: HS / 12th Pass

Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates

Job Type: Sales + Field Work

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads for loan products.

Contact potential customers through calling and field visits.

Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates and documentation.

Collect and verify customer/application documents.

Coordinate with the bank's credit/operations team.

Follow up on loan applications until processing/disbursement.

Develop customer and referral networks.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Good communication skills

Basic knowledge of computers/smartphone

Comfortable with field sales and customer interaction
