Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for generating leads, responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up with prospects to close sales for IT hardware products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound leads and generate new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable IT hardware solutions (laptops, desktops, networking, AV, etc.).
Prepare and send quotations/proposals using internal tools (Zoho, Excel, etc.).
Maintain CRM records and track the sales pipeline effectively.
Coordinate with the purchase and technical team for pricing, stock, and delivery timelines.
Regularly follow up with clients to close deals and maintain relationships.
Support the external sales team with documentation, email follow-ups, and customer support.
Required Skills:
Good communication (English & Hindi; Kannada is a plus)
Strong convincing skills and a customer-first attitude
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), email drafting
Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce (preferred)
Basic knowledge of IT hardware products is a plus
