about the role:
we are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic hr intern to join our human resources team. this internship will provide hands-on experience in day-to-day hr activities and operations, allowing the intern to develop foundational hr skills in a corporate environment.
key responsibilities:
assist with end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
maintain hr records and employee data with confidentiality and accuracy
assist in organizing employee engagement programs and internal events
support hr documentation, policy management, and compliance-related tasks
coordinate with different departments for hr-related queries
help in attendance management, leave tracking, and basic payroll inputs
participate in internal hr meetings and assist in preparing reports and presentations
