Job Title: Human Resources Executive
Location: Bengaluru
Work Experience: 0 to 3 years
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field, MBA (HR) preferred
Work responsibilities would include:
Recruitment (70%)
Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans and policies to support the organization's growth objectives.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices in recruitment and selection.
Other HR Activities (30%)
Plan and organize company-wide events, team-building activities, and workshops to promote a positive work culture.
Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a supportive work culture.
Manage the employee offboarding process, conducting exit interviews and ensuring smooth transitions.
Nurture a positive working environment by promoting corporate culture and values.
