Role Overview:
We are looking for an HR Lead to manage end-to-end hiring and support key HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment for mid to senior-level roles (QA, TL, AM & above).
Plan and execute hiring strategies and build talent pipelines.
Handle salary discussions, offers, and candidate closure.
Work closely with leadership to meet manpower needs.
Drive onboarding, induction, and employee engagement efforts.
Support HR policies and performance culture initiatives.
Guide and mentor junior HR team members.
Requirements:
Min 2 years of HR & recruitment experience (BPO hiring preferred).
Strong sourcing, screening & negotiation skills.
Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and manage small teams.
Proactive, organised, and people-focused.
