should have the industry experience of 5 to 10 years and should have good leadership quality. to head the sales & marketing operations of all location. we can consider industries like banking, wealth management, luxury car sales, insurance etc.

responsibilities and duties:

shall have hands-on experience in marketing and sales strategies.

- responsible for direct sales, channel sales & corporate tie-up activities for commercial project

- develop and execute plans for direct & channel sales activities. forecast market needs;

- identify key segments and develop a market positioning plan to target key segments

- analyze responses vs sales of campaigns and accordingly modify the sales plans.

- generating new business opportunity for organization

qualifications: pgdm / mba

professional qualifications: mba in sales & marketing

specific skills: good communication skill, good interpersonal skills
