** INTERESTED CANDIDATE MUST HAVE CALL AT +91-9582911116.**Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Client Management - Identify and onboard new clients across Telecom, Power & Infrastructure sectors, Build & maintain strong relationships with PSU, EPC & private clients, lead business development for key products i.e. telecom towers (Tubular & Angular), swaged Poles (STP Poles), transmission line towers & substation structures, steel tubes & related infrastructure products and work closely with divisions such as Railways, BSNL, RITES, Power Utilities, and EPC contractors. Project Documentation & Coordination - Prepare, review & maintain project documentation for all on-going and upcoming projects & coordinate with design, production, QA/QC & dispatch teams for smooth execution, track project progress, material movement, billing & client communications and liaise with authorities for vendor approvals, pre-bid meetings and compliance. Divisional Liaisoning - Act as the primary liaison with various government and PSU divisions including Railways, BSNL, RITES, State Power Utilities & other relevant departments and ensure smooth communication & approvals during all stages of the project. Strategic Planning & Reporting - Develop marketing and sales strategies for growth across product segments, monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities and prepare MIS reports and present project status and revenue forecasts to top management.Requirements: Minimum 10+ years of experience in marketing / business development in Infrastructure, Telecom, Power or related industries. Strong network and working experience with PSU/ Government clients. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Proficient in documentation, tendering processes and project coordination. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business (MBA preferred). Knowledge of reading drawings, MS Office Products, any other knowledge of software would be good.
