*Key Responsibilities*
Visit dealers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers regularly.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Identify and onboard new dealers and business partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market surveys to identify business opportunities and competitor activities.
Increase product visibility and market penetration.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and collections.
Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and market feedback using Excel.
Train and guide field sales executives to improve performance.
Plan and execute sales strategies for business growth.

Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Dealer and distributor relationship management.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
Ability to travel extensively across assigned territories.
