job description:

b&r technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced field sales manager to join our team in lucknow. the ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar sales, specifically in off-grid and on-grid solar systems. this role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent sales skills and a proven track record in the solar industry.

key responsibilities:

- develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets in the assigned region.

- identify and cultivate new business opportunities in both off-grid and on-grid solar markets.

- build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key decision-makers.

- conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

- provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

- collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.

- manage and train junior sales staff, if required.

- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

requirements:

- minimum 2 year of solar sales experience in off-grid and on-grid solar systems.

- proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- must own a vehicle and possess a valid driving license.

- willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

education: - bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
