Job Description:

B&R Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Sales Manager to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar sales, specifically in Off-grid and On-grid solar systems. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent sales skills and a proven track record in the solar industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets in the assigned region.

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in both Off-grid and On-grid solar markets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key decision-makers.

- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

- Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.

- Manage and train junior sales staff, if required.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 year of solar sales experience in Off-grid and On-grid solar systems.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Must own a vehicle and possess a valid driving license.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Education: - Bachelor€™s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
