We are hiring a proactive and field-oriented Block Advisor (BA) to promote and support solar rooftop installations. The candidate will work at the block level to generate leads, guide customers, and drive sales through field visits and local marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits in villages, towns, and local areas
Promote solar rooftop solutions to residential and commercial customers
Generate leads through door-to-door marketing and local campaigns
Explain benefits of solar energy, government subsidies, and cost savings
Coordinate with installation team for site survey and execution
Maintain daily reports of leads, visits, and conversions
Build relationships with local communities, dealers, and influencers
Achieve monthly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Strong communication skills (local language required)
Willingness to travel within assigned block
Basic understanding of sales and marketing
Two-wheeler & driving license preferred
Preferred Skills:
Experience in field sales, marketing, or solar industry
Knowledge of solar rooftop systems and government schemes
