πΆ Job Title: Block Advisor (Field Sales)

π· About the Role
We are looking for a Block Advisor (BA) who will drive ground-level solar adoption by connecting with customers, creating awareness, and converting leads into installations under the PM Surya Ghar Yojana.
This is a field-intensive role where the candidate will work directly in assigned areas, build strong local networks, and execute a structured weekly process.
π· Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily field visits and interact with potential customers
Perform Muni Samvad (structured customer interactions) - 10 quality interactions per day
Generate and manage leads for rooftop solar installations
Assist customers in loan processing and documentation
Ensure weekly targets for lead generation and conversions
Coordinate with internal teams for installation and execution
Maintain accurate daily reporting in CRM system
Build strong relationships with local communities and networks
π· Weekly Work Structure (Fixed Rhythm)
60 customer interactions per week
3 loan applications per week (from 3rd week onward)
1 confirmed solar installation (PCR) per week (from 5th week onward)
π· Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Age: 27 to 50 years preferred
Must be local resident of the assigned area
Should own a two-wheeler (mandatory)
Good communication skills in local language + Hindi
Experience in field sales / marketing / customer dealing preferred
π· Key Skills
Strong communication and convincing ability
Self-driven and disciplined
Ability to work in field and handle pressure
Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
Mobile usage and basic digital knowledge
