Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to promote and sell our range of solar energy products across Koraput, Kalahandi, and Sonepur. The ideal candidates will have a passion for renewable energy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calls, referrals, and networking.

Client Consultation: Conduct site assessments to understand clients' energy requirements and provide tailored solar solutions.

Sales Presentations: Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings and environmental impact.

Negotiation & Closing: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and government incentives related to solar energy.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts using CRM software.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred.

Experience: 13 years of sales experience, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to explain technical information in simple terms.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Other Requirements:

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
