job summary

we are seeking dynamic and results-driven sales executives to promote and sell our range of solar energy products across koraput, kalahandi, and sonepur. the ideal candidates will have a passion for renewable energy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

key responsibilities

lead generation & prospecting: identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calls, referrals, and networking.

client consultation: conduct site assessments to understand clients' energy requirements and provide tailored solar solutions.

sales presentations: educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings and environmental impact.

negotiation & closing: prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

customer relationship management: build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.

market research: stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and government incentives related to solar energy.

reporting: maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts using crm software.

qualifications

education: bachelor's degree in business, marketing, environmental science, or a related field preferred.

experience: 13 years of sales experience, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.

skills:

strong communication and interpersonal skills.

ability to explain technical information in simple terms.

self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

proficiency in crm software and microsoft office suite.

other requirements:

valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
