Job Overview:

Asset Financial Consultants Pvt Ltd is seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our expanding team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for sales and a strong background in selling financial instruments, including Loan Against Property (LAP), home loans, business loans, and car loans. We are looking for individuals who have consistently achieved outstanding sales performance and possess excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Drive sales of financial instruments such as LAP, home loans, business loans, and car loans, meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.

Should have strong understanding and practical know-how on Loans DBA business.

Should be comfortable working with uncertainty.

Should be able to source their own leads daily.

Should be comfortable working with targets.

Should have good communication skills in dealing with banks, NBFCs, construction companies, car dealership employees etc.

Should be comfortable working long hours if required. Meet clients, bank officials etc to get leads, logins, sanctions and disbursement of loans.

Prepare and deliver effective presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our financial products.

Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Ensure punctuality in meeting deadlines and exhibit integrity in all work-related activities.

Required Skills:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling financial instruments such as LAP, home loans, business loans, and car loans.

Experience and practical know-how of the Loans DBA business.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets, with a minimum achievement of sales targets.

Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.

Strong documentation and reporting skills, with attention to detail.

Demonstrated punctuality and a high level of work integrity.

100% field work and bike is mandatory.
