Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets in the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify opportunities for growth.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in field sales, preferably in [specific industry].

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
