customer relationship management: build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business.

payment recovery: proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely collection of payments.

market knowledge: stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

reporting: maintain accurate records of sales activities, collections, and customer interactions.

requirements:

experience: proven experience in sales, specifically within the electrical goods industry.

knowledge: sound knowledge of electrical items and their applications.
