Job Description : Loan Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Sales Executives to expand our loan portfolio and promote financial products through direct sales and field marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new customers for loans and financial services.

Conduct regular field visits to generate leads.

Promote Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Commercial Vehicle Loans.

Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.

Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Basic knowledge of MS office and mobile apps.

Experience

Minimum 2 years in sales/marketing (NBFC/Bank/Finance Company preferred).

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary up to 25k + Attractive Incentives (performance-based).

Reporting To

Branch Officer / Team Leader

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
