core responsibilities and duties
campaign execution and management:
plan and execute localized marketing initiatives, events, trade shows, and in-store promotions (activations) to drive customer traffic and engagement.
ensure all field activities align with the company's overarching brand guidelines and marketing strategy.
manage inventory and distribution of marketing materials (brochures, merchandise, signage) for events and promotions.
lead generation and sales support:
work closely with the sales team to identify regional marketing needs and support local sales objectives.
generate qualified leads directly through field activities, product demonstrations, and face-to-face customer interactions.
gather and share lead/customer intelligence with the sales team for follow-up.
market analysis and feedback:
conduct market research to understand local consumer behavior, competitor activities, and regional trends.
gather direct feedback from customers and retailers in the field and report findings back to the corporate marketing and product teams.
identify new market opportunities for business expansion within the assigned territory.
administration and reporting:
manage and track the regional marketing budget efficiently.
monitor, track, and report on the performance of field marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (kpis) like event attendance, lead quality, and conversion rates.
maintain accurate records in crm software (., salesforce, hubspot) related to events and lead data.
