job description:

we are seeking skilled and motivated field technicians to join our client’s team in supporting solar panel installation projects across multiple locations. the role requires hands-on expertise in solar technology and a commitment to delivering quality installations to drive the adoption of renewable energy solutions.

key responsibilities:

• perform solar panel installations, ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety guidelines.

• conduct site assessments, verify electrical connections, and assess roof suitability for installation.

• utilize your technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges during installation.

• work collaboratively with other team members and project coordinators to complete installations efficiently.

• maintain detailed records of work completed and report to the designated project manager.

eligibility criteria:

• iti certification with a valid electrical license in the solar sector is mandatory.

• a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in solar panel installation is preferred.

• ownership of a bike with a valid driving license is compulsory for job-related travel.

• local candidates are strongly preferred for their familiarity with the area and language.
