Direct Sales Manager (2-8 Years)

We seek a motivated and proactive insurance sales manager to join our team. The role involves driving new business by promoting and selling insurance products to prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

Developing an effective strategy to attract clients.

Build a team in the open market.

Building a strong relationship with the new and existing clients.

Handling insurance policy renewals.

Identify, recruit, and manage advisors/agents.

Develops a base for long-term sources of clients.

Explain various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients, guiding them toward the best coverage.

Requirements:

2+ years of work experience in any field sales area.

Preferably a bachelor€™s degree.

Must be a local candidate.

Driving and biking are mandatory.
