Data Entry Operator - Full Time

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to join our team in Krishnanagar. The ideal candidate will help us maintain and manage our data efficiently. This is a full-time position that requires working from our office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Input: Accurately enter information into various databases and systems to ensure data integrity and consistency.

- Data Verification: Review and verify data to check for errors or discrepancies, ensuring only accurate information is recorded.

- Database Management: Organize and maintain data files to facilitate easy retrieval and updates, keeping data systematically arranged.

- Report Preparation: Generate regular reports based on the entered data for analysis and decision-making purposes.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have strong attention to detail to minimize errors in data entry. Good typing skills and familiarity with computer software, particularly spreadsheets and word processing programs, are essential. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively is necessary. The ideal candidate should also possess basic analytical skills to identify discrepancies in data and suggest improvements. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is important. Prior experience in data entry is a plus, but not required as we welcome fresh graduates as well.
