Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

*only male Candidates can apply*

*Experience in Rolling industry or related infrastructure(TMT)industry is mandatory*

*Qualification- B. Mechanical is mandatory*

-Generation of Leads and qualifying the leads

-Addition of new customers/product information into the CRM system, if data isnt available.

-Call existing customers and distributors and close the issues, if any in-coordination with the sales team.

- Escalate any complaints.

-Any other task assigned by the Reporting Manager

-Expertise in CRM principles and practical sales and marketing application in a B2B environment.

-Extensive knowledge of acquisition and retention marketing techniques both online and offline.

-Experienced in working with and analyzing large datasets, with the ability to deep dive and derive actionable insights both at the strategic and tactical level.

-Technical knowledge of CRM systems.

send quotation to customers & negotiate to close the deal

Coordinating with clients for understanding their requirement and inputs required to prepare quotation

handle inactive customers & ensure orders are generated.

Handling objections and resolving same with support of BDE/BDM/CRM 100% coordination with reporting head

Updating all data in SAP software On Daily basis

Capturing customer complaints/queries by visiting site/phone Coordinating with CRM/CRE/BDM for resolving complains within 24 hrs.

Experience- 5to 6 yrs
