Customer Care Executive || Freshers & Experienced

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.

Provide information about diagnostic tests, health packages, and pricing.

Register patients and generate test bills in the system.

Coordinate home sample collection appointments.

Track test status and inform patients/doctors about report availability.

Resolve patient complaints and escalate urgent cases when required.

Maintain accurate patient records in LIS/CRM.

Ensure confidentiality of patient data as per lab policies.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Good communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi & basic English).

Basic computer knowledge.

Experience in healthcare/diagnostic lab preferred (Freshers can apply).
