Key Responsibilities:Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.Provide information about diagnostic tests, health packages, and pricing.Register patients and generate test bills in the system.Coordinate home sample collection appointments.Track test status and inform patients/doctors about report availability.Resolve patient complaints and escalate urgent cases when required.Maintain accurate patient records in LIS/CRM.Ensure confidentiality of patient data as per lab policies.Requirements:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.Good communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi & basic English).Basic computer knowledge.Experience in healthcare/diagnostic lab preferred (Freshers can apply).
