adroit synergies pvt ltd is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a customer support representative. the ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
key responsibilities:
- provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone call.
- maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs and feedback.
- identify and escalate issues to higher-level support or management as necessary.
- contribute to process improvements and suggest enhancements to enhance the customer experience.
qualifications:
- minimum educational qualification of 12th pass.
- proficiency in punjabi and english, both spoken and written.
- strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- previous experience in a customer support role is a plus but not required.
salary:- 13kctc to 24ctc (depend on interview skills & knowledge)
shift timings:
- boys: 3 pm to 12 am (2k night allowance)
- girls: 7 am to 4 pm
