As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer complaints, and escalating issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.
You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints, as well as collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. Additionally, candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role, and previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
