​Key Responsibilities:

​Handling inbound customer queries efficiently and providing timely resolutions.

​Suggesting and upselling relevant products/services to customers during interactions.

​Maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores and quality standards on calls.

​Documenting call summary and customer interaction details accurately.

​Salary & Perks:

​Freshers Salary: ₹17,500 CTC / month (Includes Basic + Retention Bonus + Travel Allowance)

​Experienced Salary: ₹18,500 CTC / month

​Additional Benefits: Performance Incentives + Monthly Service Bonus

​Eligibility Criteria:

​Graduates (Freshers) OR Undergraduates with 12+ months customer support experience.

​Excellent command over English (Versant 4+) and Hindi.

​(Note: Technical graduates like /BCA/ma require 6-12 months experience).
