Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Utilize a variety of sales plans and marketing strategies (cold calling, emails, networking) to promote services and secure closures.
€¢ Work closely with recruiters to understand the skill sets, work preferences, and career goals of consultants to ensure successful job matches.
€¢ Generate leads through a combination of cold outreach, vendor relationships, and networking to build a consistent sales pipeline.
€¢ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline opportunities, and placement data using CRM tools.
€¢ Monitor market trends, client feedback, and industry developments to refine sales strategies and stay competitive in the staffing market.
€¢ Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, lead generation, and placement metrics.
€¢ Identify and pursue new business opportunities by expanding the client base and deepening relationships with existing clients.
€¢ Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to create compelling sales proposals and presentations.
€¢ Stay updated on the latest IT trends, technologies, and roles to effectively market consultants and meet client demands.
Qualifications:
€¢ Education: Bachelor€™s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) but not required.
