Key Responsibilities: Utilize a variety of sales plans and marketing strategies (cold calling, emails, networking) to promote services and secure closures. Work closely with recruiters to understand the skill sets, work preferences, and career goals of consultants to ensure successful job matches. Generate leads through a combination of cold outreach, vendor relationships, and networking to build a consistent sales pipeline. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline opportunities, and placement data using CRM tools. Monitor market trends, client feedback, and industry developments to refine sales strategies and stay competitive in the staffing market. Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, lead generation, and placement metrics. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by expanding the client base and deepening relationships with existing clients. Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to create compelling sales proposals and presentations.
