Job Summary
The Sales Manager will lead the sales team to drive revenue growth for MTS€™s financial products in Nashik, Dhule, and Indore, developing strategies and mentoring Sales Officers to achieve targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
€¢ Develop and execute sales strategies for business loans, home loans, and corporate funding to MSMEs/Startup funding & Industry requirements.
€¢ Lead and mentor Sales Officers to meet sales targets.
€¢ Build and maintain strong client relationships.
€¢ Analyze market trends to identify business opportunities.
€¢ Monitor performance and report insights into management.
€¢ Conduct team training on products and sales techniques.
€¢ Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
€¢ Bachelor€™s degree in business, Finance, or related field (BBA/MBA preferred).
