key responsibilities:
lead generation & prospecting: identify and qualify new sales leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events or trade shows.
client relationship management: build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, including potential customers in schools, hotels, commercial buildings, and government offices.
sales strategy & execution: develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals and expand market share.
proposal & contract management: prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and tender documentation. lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring all contracts align with legal and company guidelines.
market analysis: conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify new opportunities (., specialized services like deep cleaning or air duct cleaning).
collaboration: coordinate with internal operations and marketing teams to ensure client requirements are met and to develop effective lead generation campaigns.
reporting & crm usage: track all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using crm software and provide regular performance reports to management.
customer support: provide excellent after-sales support and act as a primary point of contact for key client inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
required skills and qualifications:
experience: proven track record of 3-5 years in b2b or b2c sales/business development, preferably within the cleaning, facilities management (fm), or related service industry.
communication: exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
negotiation: strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities to close deals effectively.
technical proficiency: competency in using crm software, microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint), and statistical analysis tools.
attributes: strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
education: a bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is type.
