Your Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our expansion strategy, you will represent LogIQids at schools, conduct impactful meetings, build strong relationships with principals/coordinators, and onboard new partner schools.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Relationship Building
Engage with school principals, directors, and decision-makers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Conduct product demonstrations showcasing how LogIQids enhances students learning experience.
Travel (within and outside the city) to establish partnerships and onboard schools.
Sales Pipeline Management & Execution
Track leads, nurture relationships, and close deals to meet your targets and achieve your goals.
Maintain a structured sales funnel to ensure smooth conversions.
Work closely with the School Relationship Manager to ensure a seamless program rollout post-signing.
Market Research & Strategy
Analyze competitors, research market trends, and implement new initiatives to explore untapped geographies.
Identify top schools in target regions and generate a list of qualified leads.
Skills Required:
A genuine passion for education and an inclination towards solving business issues through strong communication and presence of mind. An inherent ability to position, market, and sell an idea or product will be a key skill set.
1-3 years of client-facing or school sales experience
Excellent communication, presentation & relationship-building skills
Strong follow-up discipline and professionalism
Ability to work with structured funnels and meet monthly targets
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, good time management, multitasking, and planning skills
Proficiency in MS Excel
