key responsibilities:
institution visits: conduct visits to a minimum of 4 educational institutions daily to develop relationships and promote company offerings.
lead generation: identify and generate new leads through market research, networking, and direct client interactions.
follow-ups: perform aggressive and regular follow-ups to convert leads into business opportunities.
market expansion: identify new business opportunities and devise strategies for expanding the client base in the education sector.
target achievement: consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
event management: organize and execute seminars, demos, and workshops to engage prospective clients and showcase company products.
marketing activities: plan and implement atl (above-the-line) and btl (below-the-line) marketing activities to increase brand visibility.
team collaboration: work effectively within a team to ensure seamless execution of business development plans.
presentations: deliver impactful presentations tailored to meet client needs and effectively communicate value propositions.
required skills and qualifications:
education sector knowledge: basic understanding or prior experience in the education industry is preferred.
communication skills: strong verbal and written communication skills.
team player: ability to work collaboratively and support team objectives.
presentation skills: confidence and ability to deliver effective presentations to clients and stakeholders.
technical proficiency: proficiency in basic computer operations and ms excel.
humble attitude: approaches clients and team members with a humble, respectful, and solution-oriented demeanor.
driving license and vehicle: a two/ four-wheeler and a valid driving license are mandatory for the role.
travel readiness: must be willing to travel extensively across karnataka.
