Job descriptionKey Responsibilities:Institution Visits: Conduct visits to a minimum of 4 educational institutions daily to develop relationships and promote company offerings.Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through market research, networking, and direct client interactions.Follow-Ups: Perform aggressive and regular follow-ups to convert leads into business opportunities.Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and devise strategies for expanding the client base in the education sector.Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.Event Management: Organize and execute seminars, demos, and workshops to engage prospective clients and showcase company products.Marketing Activities: Plan and implement ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities to increase brand visibility.Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team to ensure seamless execution of business development plans.Presentations: Deliver impactful presentations tailored to meet client needs and effectively communicate value propositions.Required Skills and Qualifications:Education Sector Knowledge: Basic understanding or prior experience in the education industry is preferred.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and support team objectives.Presentation Skills: Confidence and ability to deliver effective presentations to clients and stakeholders.Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in basic computer operations and MS Excel.Humble Attitude: Approaches clients and team members with a humble, respectful, and solution-oriented demeanor.Driving License and Vehicle: A two/ four-wheeler and a valid driving license are mandatory for the role.Travel Readiness: Must be willing to travel extensively across Karnataka.
