the home loan fse will identify and assist home buyers or property owners looking for housing finance. the role involves strong relationship building with builders and agents to source customers.
roles & responsibilities:
meet customers, builders, and agents to generate leads.
explain home loan schemes, emi, and documentation requirements.
collect customer and property documents for verification.
coordinate with legal, valuation, and credit teams.
maintain accurate reporting and customer communication.
skills required:
understanding of property documents and home loan process.
strong interpersonal and advisory skills.
ability to handle builder and agent relationships.
good documentation and coordination ability.
qualification:
minimum: bachelor’s degree in any stream.
preferred: graduate in commerce, real estate, or finance.
experience:
freshers can apply.
preferred: 1–4 years experience in housing loan or real estate sales.
alary range: ₹12,000 – ₹35,000 per month
annual ctc range: ₹1,44,000 – ₹4,20,000 per annum
travel allowance (ta): ₹2,000 per month
daily allowance (da): ₹250 per day
reporting to: founder / executive director
languages required: telugu, hindi, and english
location : tadepalligudem, bangalore, hyderabad, vishakhapatnam, vijayawada, rajahmundry.
