PROFILE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be skilled in identifying business opportunities, building strong relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry research, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brands, and agencies.
Understand client needs and present customized media and production solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, presentations, and proposals.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.
Maintain and update the CRM database with sales activities and client interactions.
Attend events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to represent Swork Studio.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in media, advertising, or creative industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
