Position: Business Development Executive

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role

CTC: ‚¹3 LPA + Incentives

Location - Work from office Bangalore

Responsibilities

€¢ Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction

€¢ Conduct research to identify new markets and client needs

€¢ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

€¢ Promote the company€™s products/services addressing or predicting clients€™ objectives

€¢ Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

€¢ Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

€¢ Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

€¢ Build long-term relationships with new and existing client

€¢ Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Key Responsibilities and Required Skills:

€¢ Identify and develop new business opportunities.

€¢ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

€¢ Develop strategies to meet sales targets and company objectives.

€¢ Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.

€¢ 2+ years of experience

€¢ Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

€¢ Proven sales track record

€¢ Experience in customer support is a plus

€¢ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

€¢ Proficiency in English

€¢ Market knowledge

€¢ Communication and negotiation skills

€¢ Ability to build rapport

€¢ Time management and planning skills

€¢ Graduation/post-graduation in business administration, sales or relevant field

€¢ Valid passport

€¢ Goal and targeted oriented marketing

€¢ Good commutation skills in English, Hindi and Kannada

€¢ Bridge between client and team to brief the requirement

€¢ Willingness to travel
