Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the organization's growth initiatives. The role requires strong communication skills, effective client engagement, and professional representation. The candidate should be presentable and possess a basic understanding of software development concepts.
The position also involves travel to neighboring states for client meetings and business expansion activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads through market outreach and networking
Approach government departments, institutions, and corporate clients
Present company services and solutions to prospective clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and project discussions
Schedule and attend client meetings
Maintain records of client interactions and business development activities
Prepare daily and weekly business development reports
Required Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to confidently interact with clients and stakeholders
Professional presentation and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong client handling and relationship management skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Demonstrated commitment and stability to support long-term business growth
Educational Qualification:
MBA (Freshers can apply)
Specialization in Marketing / Business Development preferred
