Job Description

- Convert sales from leads generated by Tele callers and reference from existing customer leads for rooftop solar projects (Residential, Commercial & Industrial).

- Meet prospective clients, explain company offerings, and convert inquiries into sales.

- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

- Conduct site surveys with the technical team and prepare project proposals.

- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned.

- Stay updated on government policies, solar subsidies, and industry trends.

- Maintain records of client interactions, sales reports, and follow-ups.
