Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM
Qualification: MBA in Sales or related field
Experience Required: 1 - 3 Years of Proven B2B Lead Generation Experience
Gender: Open to Males and Females
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Business Development Executive to support our lead generation efforts through both inbound and outbound channels. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and setting appointments for the sales team. This role requires strong communication, research, and CRM management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
Qualify potential clients and schedule meetings for the sales team
Maintain and update CRM records with lead information and follow-ups
Research companies and industries to identify new business opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams to arrange product demos and proposals
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
Required Skills:
Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred)
Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills
Familiarity with CRM tools
Good understanding of B2B sales and the software services domain
Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently
