- Experience in Same/Similar industry with knowledge on garage Equipment

- Market Knowledge and Product knowledge for diagnostics

- Customer handling & market Handling

- Hands on working experience related the Hydraulics, pneumatics & electricals equipment

- Good non-verbal communication.

- Should be able to deal with stress.

- Should be open to working overtime at times when chasing for service by solving the problems.

- Should be open to moving to different cities and towns to work. Not focused only on his/her hometown

- Should be eager to work with his hands. The job involves a lot of practical demonstrations and that means physical work. The candidate should be willing to get his/her hands dirty while changing tyres, balancing wheels, performing a wheel

alignment, performing some welding work.

- A salesperson-s job involves a lot of travelling and the candidate should have his own

- Two-wheeler and be open to travelling a lot
