Assistant Sales Manager - Full Time

We are hiring an energetic Assistant Sales Manager to lead and support the sales team for our real estate projects spread across Delhi, Haryana, and Rajasthan. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sales team coordination, client handling, and channel partner management.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead a team of Sales Executives to ensure achievement of project-wise targets.

 Conduct sales meetings, client discussions, and project presentations.

 Build and maintain relationships with direct clients and channel partners.

 Assist Sales Manager in planning strategies and tracking performance.

 Ensure smooth coordination with marketing and CRM departments.

Experience & Skills Required:

 Experience: 3-5 years in real estate sales or team management.

 Strong knowledge of real estate trends in Delhi, Haryana & Rajasthan.

 Team leadership and communication skills.

 Experience with CRM software and MS Office.
